Refund Policy for items at HAUS OF SAVANNAH

At HAUS OF SAVANNAH, we strive to provide exceptional service and a seamless shopping experience. To clarify our refund policy for rental items, please take note of the following guidelines:

  1. Refund Exclusions:

    • We do not offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect sizing, style preferences, postage delays, one-off promotional deals, or change of mind.
    • However, we do facilitate exchanges and provide store credit for eligible cases. 
  2. Faulty or Not as Described Items:

    • If you receive an item that is not as described or is faulty, kindly contact our Customer Support team via email within 14 days of receiving the item.
    • For faulty items, please include images in your email and send them to store@hausofsavannah.com.au within 14 days of receipt.
  3. Credit Note Details:

    • Credit notes issued for returns are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of the return.
    • The customer is responsible for the postage costs associated with the return.
  4. Expiration of Credit Notes:

    • Credit notes expire at the conclusion of the 12-month period and cannot be extended or reissued if not utilised within this time frame.
  5. Requesting a Credit Note:

    • To initiate a return and request a credit note, please reach out to our customer support team via email. They will promptly assist you in arranging a credit note.
  6.  No refunds or exchange on items on SALE and shape-wear.
